What is the check-in procedure?

The client is kindly asked to let us know in advance the estimate arriving hour (minimum 4 hours ahead).  A person of our staff will be waiting for the client at an agreed meeting point by both parts (usually this meeting point is in the front of the building where the apartment is located).

How often are the towels changed?

Our routine is to change the towels normally at each 3 days. We have noticed in time that the clients prefer not to be disturbed and they ask us exactly which day they need this service, thus we do it upon request.

Which are the payment methods?

The payments could  be done either by bank transfer-before check-in, or cash – at the moment of check-in.

How is the check out procedure?

One of our staff will come to the apartment to pick up the key and check the status of the apartment (during working hours). For extra working hours, the key will be dropped off in a special place nominated by our staff.

What are the hours for check in and check out?

The check-in starts at 1.00 p.m and closes at 10.00 p.m. If there is a possibility to have the apartment ready and available a couple of hours before 1.00 p.m. we are glad to serve our client and will accept the check in earlier.

For check in after 10.00 p.m. the customers are kindly asked to pay a fee of EUR 7. This fee will cover the expenses with our staff who will do the check-in.

The check-out hour is 12.00 p.m. If there is a possibility to have the apartment available for another few hours after 12.00, we are glad to serve our client and will accept a later check-out.
