Lower floors
The apartments are located on the lower floors in very quiet blocks of flats and so you can avoid using the elevator and contact with other people, unlike the apartments located on the upper floors.
Correct disinfection
After each accommodation/rental, the apartments remain free for at least two days for a correct disinfection and cleaning.
Online contract form
The online completion of the accommodation/rental contract form, the advance payment directly in our bank account and the facility to obtain the keys directly without intermediary (natural person), will give you the possibility to avoid the physical contact with our staff.
